I'm on week three of running and it's going good. My ankle feels a lot better. I switched the insoles in my shoes and it seemed to make a big difference. I was able to run 3 miles /walk 1mile Mon, 2miles tues, strength training weds, step class thurs & fri, 2miles friday and I'll do my long run tomorrow. I'm also using some light weights to strengthen my knee & ankle. Onto week 4....
